Elevate your space with Zoffany Cotswolds Manor Collection

This luxurious range of fabric and wallpapers is influenced by the glory of the English countryside aesthetic and is reimagined from an eclectic blend of documents found within the Zoffany archive.

Here we share some of our favourites from the stunning Cotswolds Manor collection launched early this year.

Chintz Lustre

Featuring in Zoffany’s first ever collection, Chintz Lustre has remained a firm favourite ever since.  Originally produced as a wallpaper for Temple Newsam, a stately home near Leeds, its appearance is akin to that of an antique painted (eglomise) mirror, reflecting tradition and timelessness in its design integrity.

The Grand Paisley Wallcovering

The Grand Paisley panel stands proud at three metres tall, inspired by an exquisite antique wool shawl from the Zoffany archive.  Beautifully detailed decorative tear shaped patterns, printed in tones of a single colour, create a look that’s reminiscent of fabric on the wall.

This is reinventing design history.

Phaedra Toile Fabric

This beautiful print was inspired by an 18th century toile.  Reduced in scale and printed on a crisp cotton satin this piece has been redesigned for the Cotswolds Manor Collection. Wonderfully useable, a fresh white ground showcases the design’s beautiful tone work.

This design sits perfectly with Zoffany Nostell Priory Wallpaper.  Based on a Chinese printed wallcovering hanging in Yorkshire’s Nostell Priory, this climbing rose design originally featured in Zoffany’s National Trust II collection.  This captivating chinoiserie is produced in two new colourways Lazuli and Evergreen.

Verdure Wallcovering

Based on a late 17th century painted cloth, this incredible wallpaper print celebrates 10 years since its launch.  Depicting an oriental inspired landscape of a church, waterfalls and trees, it’s influenced by religious and hunting themes.  This stunning new indigo colourway has been specially made for the Cotswolds Manor Collection.  It is also available as a printed linen fabric.

Zoffany Luxury Coordinates

This exciting new range of elevated plains complements the entire Zoffany range. Fusing luxury and art, Zoffany’s decorative coordinates add an extra special touch to glamorous interiors.

MARK ALEXANDER

Timeless Fabrics that Whisper Luxury

If you are seeking simplicity for your scheme then think Mark Alexander.

Valuing artistic vision, craftsmanship and quality above all else, Mark Alexander is for those who appreciate an interior that is elegant and finely crafted, yet is relaxed and has the gift of feeling simple.

Two wonderful new collections from the MA design studio have just arrived in our Fabric Showroom:  Woodblock II and Plainly III – Linen Plains

Timeless fabrics that whisper luxury.

“Our fabrics are not opulent or fussy, nor led by transient fashion, but are true to the natural materials from which they are made. The spirit of the brand tends towards a modern aesthetic. Its designs also possess an intrinsic quality that fits perfectly within an interior that appears to have artfully evolved”. -  Mark Alexander

For Mark Alexander, one of the essential qualities in design is simplicity; there is a richness to be found in paring down a design to its vital elements, in allowing the inherent quality of a textile to speak for itself. Mark Alexander’s fabrics enhance that richness through the use of the finest natural fibres, cashmere, mohair, silk, couture-quality lambswool, and a perpetual favourite, linen.

With a sophisticated colour palette drawn from nature and traditional pigments; each design is coloured independently to suit the nature of the weave pattern or print, but there is a fluidity that runs through the colours integrating the collections.

Woodblock II printed linens

Versatile prints are imbued with deliberate naivety and the inherent beauty of linen.  Featuring soft geometrics that have the appearance of original wood block prints, their spirit combines both a modern and traditional aesthetic.

Plainly III linen plains

Embracing luxurious simplicity, Plainly III presents a signature group of the finest Belgian linen fabrics.

Vintage

A signature linen plain with a beautiful, stonewashed effect.

Retro

A pure linen weave with a casual nature; a stonewashed effect and a distinct texture adds an element of intrigue to this unassuming cloth.

Patina

A textured, heavy weight linen with a stonewashed effect; Patina’s expanded palette introduces shades of Verde, Sage and Indigo, adding depth and vibrancy to a selection of core neutrals.

Flanders

Flanders offers uncompromising quality and attention to detail. Traditional in nature and using locally sourced flax, this piece dyed linen defines perfection; woven by the very best Belgian weaver. It is pure in every aspect.

Sanderson’s new Pinetum Prints Collection

Renowned for its classic English appeal, Colefax and Fowler fabrics and wallpapers have an elegance and subtlety that is admired the world over.

Meet this season’s New Fabric & Wallpaper Collection

A fantastic coordinate collection inspired by nature.

A beautiful range of six smaller scale fabrics, Pinetum Prints can be used to create a harmonious look in any style of home. Coloured to sit alongside Sanderson’s new Arboretum collection and the wider Sanderson portfolio, it offers an array of usable and versatile decorating solutions.

Use for armchairs and smaller items of furniture, cushions, trims, layers and lampshades.

“We just adore this new collection; it is so well suited to work with so many projects.”

Naturally Beautiful Fabrics

Pinetum:

An area planted with pine trees or related conifers, especially for botanical study.

Meet the six timeless designs:

Dallimore

This beautiful archival floral trail of rambling woodland flowers is named after Kent’s Dallimore Valley. Intricate dot detail harks back to the design’s block printed origins.

Available in four colourways: Indigo/Multi, Fawn/Multi, Inkwood/Multi and Mulberry/Multi.

Fern Frond

Unfurling across a subtly textural ground, traditional ferns, the mainstay of so many of our forest floors, emerge and uncoil to create a wonderfully versatile printed fabric.

Available in three colourways: Fawn, Rowan Berry and Danbury.

Oxbow 3

Meandering across a valley floor and surrounded by tall trees, Oxbow is a stylised river design printed on cotton/linen. A wonderfully adaptable fabric, it’s available in three versatile colourways: Linen, Indigo and Sap Green.

Pinetum Stripe

Latin for pine grove, Pinetum is a smart pinstripe with scalloped edge detail that takes its name from the series of paths that lead across the largest pinetum in the world.

Available in five colourways: Mulberry, Flax, Indigo, Sap Green and Blue Clay.

Sessile Leaf

The unusually named sessile leaf is where a leaf blade connects directly to a plant’s stem, as would be the case in our oak leaf motif. With a screen printed appearance and hand crafted look, stylised leaves are placed to create a contemporary stripe effect on an archive inspired spotted ground.

Available in four colourways: Blue Clay, Forest Green, Artichoke and Cornflower.

Truffle

Like the cross section of a truffle, this archive design is made from lines of pin dots on a spotted ground. A lovely mix of texture and tone, use as a coordinate to the entire Sanderson range.

Available in six colourways: Damson, Rowan Berry, Sap Green, Indigo, Blue Clay and Wheat.

New for 2022 Osborne & Little Lamorran Fabric & Wallpaper Collections.

The Cornish coastline inspired many parts of the stunning Lamorran Fabric and Wallpaper Collections from the Osborne & Little studio.

Cornwall's glorious sub-tropical gardens, the beautiful Cornish coastline and stunning sea-views provided inspiration for this collection of printed fabrics and wallpapers. The collection takes its name from Lamorran Gardens, situated on Cornwall's Roseland peninsula. The designs have co-ordinating and complementary fabrics and wallpapers.

Here is just a hint of what you can expect to find in these wonderful Collections.

Lamorran Fabric & Wallpaper

Exaggerated blooms of fritillaria, poppies and anemones, and creeping vines grow from terracotta urns, set against a lime-washed wall, with a tiled stone floor scattered with colourful shells.

Orchard Linen

A medley of fruits; pomegranates, figs, redcurrants, plums, breadfruits, melons and sweet pea pods, are arranged in a colourful trailing design.

Printed on 100% Linen.

Hartfield Velvet

A new colourway of an O&L favourite. The pastoral beauty of the English countryside is re-created in a collage of rolling hills with stylised trees and country stonewalls. The view is seen through the stems and flowers of a rambling rose.

Encore Velvet

A dual-purpose plain cotton velvet with a luxurious pile and stain-resistant finish.

Vibrant colours of azure, poppy, coral, lime and apple are shown with quieter tones of eucalyptus, sienna, blush, lagoon and parchment in a contemporary palette.

Mansfield Velvet

This richly patterned horizontal design originally introduced in Mansfield Park Collection is presented in a new colourway.

Chinoiserie vases, tiled borders and ornamental trellis have inspired this stylish design. Printed on a smooth pile cotton viscose velvet.

Trebah Wallpaper

A beautiful Cornish valley garden and surrounding landscape are interpreted in a playful intricately painted design, bursting with echinacea flowers, wild grasses, daisies and poppies.

Coastline Wallpaper

Majestic cedar trees stand tall on a headland dotted with foxgloves, overlooking a bay with rocky islands.
This design has been printed in three colourways, each with a different quality of light and tones in the sky to illustrate a different time of the day.

The Coastline wallpaper has been designed exclusively for Osborne & Little by Joanna Charlotte

Seascape Wallpaper

Watercolour seascape paintings are displayed on a painted wood panelled wall.

Available in two colourways where the painted wood panelling changes colour, and the paintings stay consistent.

For Timeless Elegance

Choose Colefax & Fowler

Renowned for its classic English appeal, Colefax and Fowler fabrics and wallpapers have an elegance and subtlety that is admired the world over.

Meet this season’s New Fabric & Wallpaper Collection

Ashdown Decorative Prints and Embroideries

An abundance of original, hand rendered artwork has been masterfully translated into colourful prints and intricately embroidered patterns on Colefax & Fowler’s signature linen-rich grounds.

Colefax and Fowler draws inspiration from a richly layered decorative history to launch a collection infused with conversational chinoise influences and quintessentially English designs.

Decorative prints and embroideries are perfectly complemented by statement ikats and classical stripes, alongside a textural jacquard woven damask with a backdrop of statement wallcoverings.

This beautiful collection celebrates the rich tradition of Chinoiserie paintings, popular on the walls of grand 18th century interiors, featuring fantasy combinations of blossoms, birds and butterflies.

Ashdown Wallpapers

The companion collection to Ashdown prints and embroideries, this wallpaper collection is a wide ranging decorative book that features a compendium of classical and contemporary designs. New interpretations of enduring favourites feature alongside large-scale panel style designs and smaller scale all over patterns

Here’s just a few of our favourites…

Belgrove – This delightful fabric design features a plentiful range of beautifully painted natural forms, printed on pure linen in an explosion of colour and detail.

Artichoke – The distinctive foliage of artichoke globes create a formal pattern evoking the decorative nature of an English culinary garden. Printed onto an elegant pure linen cloth.

Honeysuckle – A gloriously free and open honeysuckle trail printed on a pure linen ground, capturing perfectly the spirit of the English country garden with butterflies flitting about. This long standing Colefax design is reproduced from an English block print design of the 1840’s, characteristically crisp in its style and detail, probably in production for over a century.

We would love to hear from you if you would like to view or order samples from this wonderful new Collection, now available to view in our stunning Fabric Showroom.
