Always place your candle on an appropriate heat resistant base or holder on a flat stable surface, away from draughts and flammable objects.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. This does not affect your statutory rights. Ensure you clearly label your parcel including the Returns Number and advise us that you are planning to return an item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks once you have sent your parcel for the refund to be credited.

Exchanges & Faulty Goods:

On receipt of the unwanted item, we will send a replacement out, subject to availability. If the item was incorrectly dispatched by us, we will cover all transit costs, this also applies to the replacement of faulty goods.
